It's been a while...

I finished Eveline's duvet.  Here it is on our bed.  Making a duvet was a lot harder than I thought.  I think I'll do it differently next time...if I ever make one again.

I've been playing with my new camera.  Poor Sadie has been the subject of many pictures; however, she's not very excited about it.

The flowers are more cooperative.

This is a quilt that I made a long time ago, but I didn't quilt it the way I wanted to.  Now that I've done my free motion quilting class, I went back and quilted it.  I also added a label.

For the last challenge my quilting group was North Carolina Themed.  I made Julio an NCSU quilt.  This is the front and the back.  I still have to quilt it.

Our next quilting challenge is a UFO or UnFinished Object.  I am going to work on a blue and white quilt I started about 8 years ago.

In order to be more productive I set up my sewing machine on my sewing table upstairs.

I've also been working on my free motion quilting.  This is a panel I bought a few years ago, but didn't know what to do it.  I did a leave pattern on it.

Finally, I am teaching a paper piecing workshop for my quilting group in two weeks.  Here is a sample.  Then I practice free motion quilting on there...circles.
